I recently started going to Gateway Dental and have had an awesome experience there. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and the office is very clean and modern. Dr. Rawad Serhan is excellent, he took his time explaining everything clearly and did a great job.

The staff at Gateway are so friendly and make you feel comfortable. For sure the best experience I’ve had at any dental office. It’s clean, has good equipment, and a hard working staff. I was in a few days ago for an emergency appointment. I had called them over the weekend having broken a crown, they were able to fit me in first thing Monday. Every single person on staff I engaged with was wonderful. The person who answered my late weekend phonecall was so helpful and accommodating, the reception people who greeted me were friendly and welcoming, and my dentist and the assistant were amazing and kind.

As a person with a lot of teeth issues and so much dental anxiety, I felt very comfortable and taken care of. Highly recommend these folks if you are looking for a dentist in London.

All I can say is that it’s absolutely wonderful to go to a dentist in an office where all the staff genuinely care.  Dr. Serhan made me feel as if we’re old friends. Comfort 109% and his work is phenomenal. He doesn’t waste time fixing me up. Thanks for the confidence smile.

Went to get all my wisdom teeth removed under GA urgently last week including some fillings and cleaning - the team has been extremely amazing with me which really helped since I have really bad anxiety going to dentists due to my really bad gagging reflexes. This office is one of the best dental offices I have been to. I got my teeth cleaned by Ashley who is very funny and welcoming. Then the dentist checked my teeth and recommended the best treatment plan that adheres to my needs
I recommend this office if you are looking to receive high quality dental care!
